This is our entry-level plan. With this plan, you and your coach would meet on a daily basis. Sessions would last 15 minutes each and would typically be delivered by phone or video. This can be a great start for someone who may not know exactly what goal they would like to work on but feel as though a quick chat every day would help with their overall well-being!

This coaching  plan is one of our favourites! This plan would allow you and your coach to meet on a weekly basis. Sessions would last one hour each and sessions can be delivered virtually or in-person. This plan is for those who feel as though a daily check in may not be essential to meeting their goals and need a little more in depth weekly chat. 

This is our most popular plan! With this coaching plan, you and your coach would meet on a daily basis for a 15 minute coaching call. You will also have access to a  1 hour coaching call once a week. This plan is for you goal setters! You and your coach can really start creating an amazing connection and have the opportunity to start creating some accountability!

This plan is our most complex plan. With this plan, you and your coach would meet on a daily basis for a 15 minute call. You would also have a 1 hour call once a week. In addition to this, you will gain access to on-call 24 hr. support with your coach. This means that any time you feel as though you need support, you ALWAYS have someone to talk to - 24/7
